When do FGS Swaps start in FIFA 22?

How to Redeem FGS Tokens?

The process of collecting/redeeming your FGS Tokens is not manually activated. EA Sports track on the back end which Twitch accounts watched that week's EA live stream for at least 60 minutes and then accordingly matches that Twitch account back to the EA account linked with it and prepares for your token to be sent out.

Usually after around 24 hours, after the live stream, EA sends out all of the tokens at once to the accounts that completed all of the steps successfully.
