Looking for a realistic zombie survival simulation game? Look no further than Project Zomboid! Instead of focusing on creating the scariest zombies, eeriest sound effects, or producing the best (or worst) jump scares, The Indie Stone developers focus on the details of what actions one might take to actually survive an apocalypse.
Death Is Inevitable
If you get a Project Zomboid key with a plan to survive the apocalypse, you might as well not even take it up. It is not a matter of ‘if’, it’s a matter of ‘when’ in a world that gradually crumbles apart. Think you’re doing fine? Soon enough you will lose electricity, your water will get contaminated, and resources will get scarcer by the day.
Stay Safe!
The Zombies are on the hunt, if you become careless, even if just for a second, you will pay the ultimate Project Zomboid price and lay your head, becoming the next victim of zombies. They can see you have your light on, even if its off, they will peek through the window, so keep your blinds shut, and don’t make a sound! There is no way you can be too careful!
Unique Vision
You will find a very unique vision feature in the game, as you can only see what’s in front of you, as you would in real life. Whatever is in your peripheral vision is blurry, while you never know what’s behind you. The more zombies are coming your way, the harder it becomes to notice them all.
