Orders sold on Z2U need to go through the process "seller sent the delivery → buyer confirms the receipt " before marked as completed. If the order status is "Wait for confirmed", it means that the buyer has not confirmed the receipt. Even if you have already shipped the goods, the order income will still uncleared. You can ask the buyer to confirm the receipt, or you can wait 7 days, and the system will automatically confirm the receipt for you.
As long as your order status is displayed as "Completed", the system will record the income from the sale into your Z2U balance. However, not all order income is recorded in the balance in real-time. Disputes and insurance programs will delay the recording of your income.
1. Frozen by Disputes
The buyer believes that he has not received the product, or there is a problem after delivery and initiates a dispute with Z2U or the payment company. At this time, Z2U will create a dispute case and block the income of the corresponded orders in the not available balance.
When the dispute closed, the income will be released and re-recorded into the available balance.
2. Frozen by Insurance Program
When creating a product list, you may notice the insurance program options given on the page.
If insurance is selected, all income from this listing will be temporarily frozen in the order page until the insurance expired. For some high-risk products, Z2U will also set up platform insurance (usually 15 days). Even if you do not choose an insurance program yourself, your income will still be frozen in the not available balance.
