T1 2023 Worlds Skin Easter Eggs and Interesting Details
Champion skins are always an engaging and exciting event, and the 2023 Worlds skins are no exception.
First of all, it is worth noting how players choose champions for their skins. Initially, Faker and Keria were supposed to get skins for Ahri and Renata Glasc, respectively, but later changed their choices. Faker's decision is understandable because later, Faker's Hall of Legends Ahri and LeBlanc skins appeared in LoL. However, although Keria really wanted Lux's skin, he chose Bard.
Keria wanted a Lux skin, but according to the rules for choosing champion skins, she couldn't get it because champion skins require at least one game played. Keria didn’t use Lux in the finals. Nonetheless, Riot included an Easter egg for Lux in Bard’s teleport animation.
Another Easter egg can be found in the Lee Sin skin, which is related to the teleport animation. It references the SKT T1 Lee Sin 2013 World Championship skin, which was given to T1’s jungler Bengi at the time.
