The game's story takes place in a high-tech city on a distant planet: ECP17, also known by the locals as "Hover City." The "Great Admin" cut off communication with the Galactic Union, establishing a powerful dictatorship. Pleasure has been outlawed and leisure activities have been banned.
You lead a team of young rebels called "Gamers" who fight back against the new anti-leisure laws that rule ECP17. Their high-tech gear allows them to move at incredible speeds and make unbelievable leaps as they roam the city, sabotaging the authorities' brainwashing propaganda, helping citizens, and searching for a path to the Orbital Station in hopes of appealing to the Galactic Union to end the oppression forever.
