Rules for sellers

Selling of goods obtained by illegal means such as hacking, brute-force, etc. Providing training for or selling information about any illegal activity.	Remove related listings and refund related orders. Permanent suspension of the account and subsequent payout clearance procedure within 180 days.
Selling unlicensed products (Anything that does not comply with legal provisions, including illegal, pornographic, violent, hacker, etc. ). Selling malware and any third party software that may affect users’ account security.	Remove related listings and refund related orders. When posting a listing in certain sections, you must add an English description. Z2U merchant service team will regularly review the seller's sales situation, dispute/negative review rate in the store, and warn sellers that lower than the standards. If the store receives a large number of disputes/negative reviews, and are confirmed the problems to be caused by the seller's misbehavior, the seller will be punished following this regulation. (Misbehavior including but not limited to product quality problems; services not delivered as promised; false delivery; products that do not match the promise/description; the seller did not properly handle after-sales service and other factors.)

*Punishment includes adjusting the seller's fee rates, adjusting the seller's insurance, fines, sales limitation, and even a permanent ban.

Rules for sellers and buyers

Violations in the general chat such as selling, discussing or advertising non-Z2U.com shopping resources, criticizing other sellers or their offers, verbal abuse. Exchange or transfer of funds from one payment system to another, transfer of funds from one account to another without the purpose of making any orders. Money laundering, other financial fraud.	Permanent suspension of all current and any new violator’s accounts. Suspension of payouts.
Create more than one account and commit fraud by buying from their own sales listing, or use registered accounts to engage in unfair sales competition (including but not limited to giving false negative reviews to other sellers, malicious consumption of seller inventory, open multiple stores etc.) . When selling in some sections of the website, the system offers the buyer and the seller to join an in-game chat to trade game gold or items directly. However, sharing contact information through the in-game chat is still a violation, such as sending private contact information and adding each other as friends when in Discord/Roblox in-game chat.

Z2U.com reserves the right to communicate with sellers as a mystery buyer to assess compliance and identify violations of rules.

Z2U.com reserves the right to adjust any imposed sanction if it is inappropriate in some particular case.

Responsibility of sellers

A significant change in the characteristics of the account that was not agreed with the buyer such as the loss of game items/golds from the account, the auction fees deductions, etc.	Refund up to 100% of the order amount and the seller provides compensation for the damage caused. A certain amount of fines will be imposed on the seller according to the seriousness of the circumstances (the maximum amount of fines will not exceed 500% of the order amount). Temporary or permanent suspension of the selling rights and account.
The administration of the game applied sanctions to the buyer due to the purchase of game currency or items.	Refund up to 50% of the order amount. (There needs to be a clear prohibition or notice from the administration of the game, and it must be proved that the sanction is caused by the service provided by the seller).

Loss of access to the account by the buyer due to the access recovery by the seller or the original owner through the game support service or in any other way.	Refund up to 100% of the order amount. The source of the provided account is illegal (including but not limited to hacking, embezzlement, etc.)	Refund up to 100% of the order amount. A certain amount of fines will be imposed on the seller according to the seriousness of the circumstances (the maximum amount of fines will not exceed 500% of the order amount). Temporary or permanent suspension of the selling rights and account.
Top-up, boostings gift card and subscription services	Responsibility (Once the situation has been confirmed as the seller’s fault)
A significant change in the characteristics of the account that was not agreed with the buyer such as an increase in the Player Killer counter in Lineage 2, a change in decency in Dota 2 when boosting MMR, the loss of game items from the account, etc.	Refund up to 100% of the order amount and the seller provides compensation for the damage caused. A certain amount of fines will be imposed on the seller according to the seriousness of the circumstances (the maximum amount of fines will not exceed 500% of the order amount). Performing a service with a negative result such as decreasing followers or likes in social media account instead of increasing it.	Refund up to 100% of the order amount and the seller provides compensation for the damage caused. A warning at the first violation. Suspension of the account due to poor quality of services such as the seller uses in-game bots or any other prohibited methods to complete the service. Temporary or permanent suspension of the selling rights and account.
Unreasonable refusal of the seller to further provide the service. Including unusable service, subscription expired and service not provided as promised period.	Refund up to 100% of the order amount. A warning at the first violation. Suspension of payouts for 7 days. Temporary store suspension for 30 days at the second violation. Suspension of payouts. Permanent store suspension and suspension of payouts in case of repeated violation. Delay of the established delivery deadline without inform the buyer.	Store and listings hidden by the system until the delivery completed. Payout is delayed proportionally to the delay of the delivery. For example, if the deadline was delayed by 1.5 times, the payout is delayed by 1.5 times. Temporary or permanent suspension of the selling rights and account in case of multiple violations (Depending on the actual influence).

For all kinds of trade( meaning all the category sections available on Z2U), the seller must provide a complete description with risk tips before the delivery is issued and have a clear agreement record from the buyer about the risk accepted.

The seller is responsible for saving and providing before/after delivery proofs(Pictures or videos, clearly showing the delivery amount, delivered item, character name, linked information, and any available information of the related order). If the seller fails to provide a delivery certificate or any proof that the service is authentic and effective, all losses will be borne by the seller.

Each dispute between the buyer and the seller is individual, so the final decision on the extent of the seller's responsibility may differ significantly from the one written above. Established agreements between the seller and the buyer can be considered upon review of a dispute.
