Z2U merchant service team will regularly review the seller's sales situation, dispute/negative review rate in the store, and warn sellers that lower than the standards. If the store receives a large number of disputes/negative reviews, and are confirmed the problems to be caused by the seller's misbehavior, the seller will be punished following this regulation. (Misbehavior including but not limited to product quality problems; services not delivered as promised; false delivery; products that do not match the promise/description; the seller did not properly handle after-sales service and other factors.)
*Punishment includes adjusting the seller's fee rates, adjusting the seller's insurance, fines, sales limitation, and even a permanent ban.

When selling in some sections of the website, the system offers the buyer and the seller to join an in-game chat to trade game gold or items directly. However, sharing contact information through the in-game chat is still a violation, such as sending private contact information and adding each other as friends when in Discord/Roblox in-game chat.
Z2U.com reserves the right to communicate with sellers as a mystery buyer to assess compliance and identify violations of rules.
Z2U.com reserves the right to adjust any imposed sanction if it is inappropriate in some particular case.

For all kinds of trade( meaning all the category sections available on Z2U), the seller must provide a complete description with risk tips before the delivery is issued and have a clear agreement record from the buyer about the risk accepted.
The seller is responsible for saving and providing before/after delivery proofs(Pictures or videos, clearly showing the delivery amount, delivered item, character name, linked information, and any available information of the related order). If the seller fails to provide a delivery certificate or any proof that the service is authentic and effective, all losses will be borne by the seller.
Each dispute between the buyer and the seller is individual, so the final decision on the extent of the seller's responsibility may differ significantly from the one written above. Established agreements between the seller and the buyer can be considered upon review of a dispute.
