Details of add-on fees

What is Add-On Fee? Why does Z2U charge Add-On Fees?

When product promotion costs increase or other risk costs exist, Z2U will charge a certain percentage of product add-on fees. The add-on fee is an additional cost that Z2U added to the sales price set by the seller!

For example:

Seller A is a new Z2U seller, his order processing fee is 9%, the product price has been set to 100 USD, the add-on fee of this game category has been set to 10%.

Cases study:

The product price set by the seller: 100USD

The order processing fee is: 100USD * 0.09 = 9 USD

The add-on fee of this product: 100USD * 0.1 = 10 USD

The product price showing to the buyer: 100USD+ 10USD (AKA 10% add-on fee) =110 USD
(Note: this price will not cover the payment fee taken by the payment system, e.g. Credit card: 3.5%+0.3 USD)

Seller’s income(The price received from the order): 100USD-9 USD (Order processing fee)=91 USD

Attention:

1. The add-on fee is the additional cost taken from the buyer.

2. The rate of add-on fee will be automatically adjusted by the system irregularly.

3. The changes of add-on fee will not effect the seller's income.

Our system will evaluate the existing games and classifications on Z2U.com irregularly, then automatically adjust the add-on fee(Increase or Decrease).

Factors that may affect system evaluation include: The promotion cost of the existing games and classifications; order amounts; delivery speed; order completion rate; complaints rate; negative comments rate; chargebacks rate; price fluctuations and other uncontrollable risk costs...

Z2U reserves the right of final interpretation for any further changes in the add-on fee.
