What is Z2U Score?

Z2U Score is an in-station loyalty reward to send our gratitude to the loyal buyers who support Z2U for a long time.

The Score is given upon successful transaction made for any product listed. Buyers will receive a standard amount of tokens based on the product purchased. However, it doesn't end there! The reward system is beneficial to users who are loyal and devoted to Z2U. 

The default reward is 1 USD = 20 Score. But you will enjoy more scores when you leveled the buyer ranking. The greater the loyalty, the greater the rewards!

Please refer to the following form for the reward Score entitlement for each ranking.

	Bronze (Total consumption less than 1 USD)	Up to 1x Z2U Score
	Silver (Total consumption 1-500 USD)	Up to 2x Z2U Score
	Gold (Total consumption 500-3000 USD)	Up to 3x Z2U Score
	Platinum (Total consumption 3000-10000 USD)	Up to 4x Z2U Score
	Diamond (Total consumption  above 10000 USD)	Up to 5x Z2U Score

Note: Z2U Score is not given for Z2U Store Credit purchases and certain promotional or discounted items.

Checking Balance and Redemption

1. To check your Z2U Score balance, click on your profile icon in the top menu and select Z2U Score.

2. You will be shown the amount of Z2U Score you have accumulated. To redeem, you must have minimum 50,000 Z2U Score in your balance. 

Note: Scores can only be redeemed once a day, no matter how much credits balance is redeemed! If you redeem more than 20 USD, it will be reviewed by the Z2U team.

3. Once you Redeem the Score to Store credits, you will find the record in "Credits Balance", the type will be shown as "Redeemed".

Conversion Rate

50,000 Z2U Score can be redeemed into 5.00 USD Z2U Store Credit. Z2U Store Credit redeemed from Z2U Score cannot be withdrawn from your Z2U account and is not exchangeable to cash.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q：How do I use Z2U Points? Are there any restrictions?

A：You can browse and select specific items in the Z2U Points Mall. If you have a sufficient points balance, you can use them to complete the redemption. Please note that products that do not support points redemption will not be listed in the Points Mall.

Q：Are Z2U Points refundable? Can I cancel my redemption order?

A：Points orders can be cancelled, and the consumed points will be automatically refunded to your points balance.

Q：What happens to my earned points if my original purchase order is refunded?

A：If a purchase that earned you points is refunded or reversed, the corresponding points will be automatically deducted from your Z2U points balance. If your current balance is insufficient, your points balance may become negative.

Q：Can I transfer my Z2U Points to another account? What happens if my account is banned?
A：Z2U Points are strictly non-transferable and cannot be combined or merged across multiple accounts. If your Z2U account is suspended or permanently deactivated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as fraud, multiple accounting, or malicious chargebacks), all accumulated points will be forfeited immediately and cannot be recovered.

Q：What happens if a user is found misusing the Z2U Points system?

A：Z2U enforces a zero-tolerance policy against any form of point abuse. If our risk management system detects any prohibited or fraudulent activities—including but not limited to exploiting system loopholes, generating points through malicious or unauthorized methods, or engaging in suspicious point redemptions—Z2U reserves the right, at its absolute and sole discretion, to immediately suspend your access to the Points Mall, freeze or wipe your accumulated points balance, and permanently restrict your user privileges without prior notice.
