Why the Order processing fee changes?

For most of the games on Z2U, we take a certain percentage from your income as Order Processing Fee (Please refer to this Link). However, the Payment Processing Fee might be changed for some special games.

Our system will evaluate the existing games and classifications on Z2U.com irregularly, then automatically adjust the order processing fee(Increase or Decrease). 

Factors that may affect system evaluation include: The promotion cost of the existing games and classifications; order amounts; delivery speed; order completion rate; complaints rate; negative comments rate; chargebacks rate; price fluctuations and other uncontrollable risk costs...

Note: When the processing fee changes, we will mark the specific fee on the product management/creating page, and games that are not mentioned will not be affected.

E.g.

Please adjusting the product price base on the existing order processing fee rate to ensure the selling running normally. Sometimes, Z2U will also adjust the processing fee by taking Add-on fees from the buyer. Please refer to this link.

Z2U reserves the right of final interpretation for any further changes in the Order processing fee.
