In this context, we have launched the enterprise certification function, which aims to provide sellers with professional teams more resources and exposure opportunities, while ensuring that consumers enjoy higher-quality products and services.
Enterprise certification can not only increase your exposure but also enhance consumers' trust in your products and services, leading more potential customers to choose your products and services. Additionally, certification provides sellers with stronger market competitiveness and more collaboration opportunities, helping to expand business and increase sales.
For Z2U, certified enterprise sellers ensure the provision of high-quality products and services, strengthening reputation and customer satisfaction, creating a win-win situation for both sellers and the platform. Enterprise certification also enhances the transaction security and the trust between buyers and sellers, promoting the growth of both the platform and users.
Whether you have registered as a individual seller on Z2U before, you can complete the enterprise certification by following the steps below:
For ordinary users: Click on "Sell At Z2U" on the page or choose "Become a Seller" under the "Seller Center" menu on the left side.
For verified individual sellers on Z2U: Go to the "Account" menu and select "Certification Center," where you will find the "Enterprise Seller Certification" entry under the store certification options.
You must carefully read and confirm the Z2U's selling rules. Ensure you fully understand and agree with the platform's policies and requirements to proceed further steps smoothly.
When applying for enterprise certification, you will need to provide and complete the following information:
Company Information: Including company name, registration number, business scope, and other basic details.
Legal Representative Information: Provide the legal representative’s identification proof, including ID number, contact details, etc.
Inventory information and Supplier Information: Please provide your inventory source, fill in the supplier name, contact information, product information, etc., so that we can ensure the accuracy and credibility of the product information and verify the legality of your service.
Sales expectations: We need you to provide more expected sales information so that we can estimate your service situation and help you manage your store and products in subsequent support better.
Business Validation materials: You need to provide your business registration documents, identity and address verification documents here; if you are a representative authorized by the legal person of the company, you also need to provide a letter of authorization from the legal person.
Please note: Please ensure that all the information you provide is valid. We recommend that you provide materials in Chinese or English (if it is a translated document, it must be certified by a professional translation company or notarized by a reputable legal institution). If false information is found during the review process, Z2U will suspend your certification application and reserve the right to pursue subsequent legal liability against you. If necessary, your sales rights will be fully restricted.
Z2U Commitment: The information you provide during the certification process will be strictly confidential and will not be used for any illegal purposes. Z2U takes your information security seriously and will manage your data in accordance with privacy policy and legal regulations.
Once all registration information is submitted, your application will enter the review phase. The Z2U Merchant Services Team will verify your company and supplier information to ensure it complies with Z2U's requirements and relevant laws and regulations.
If you are already a verified individual seller on Z2U, applying for enterprise certification will not affect your existing selling permissions, and you can continue selling products during the review process.
If additional or re-submitted documents are required during the review process, the Z2U Merchant Services Team will notify you to provide the relevant files or information. Please submit them promptly to accelerate the review process.
By completing these steps, you will successfully complete the enterprise seller certification application. You can view the submitted materials in the "Business Profile" under the [Account] menu on the left column. The certified enterprise sellers will have a corporate logo to help you gain more favor from buyers.
