Z2U platform regulations on selling shared accounts

To ensure the fairness and security of transactions on the platform and to maintain a positive trading environment, Z2U has established the following rules regarding the sale of shared accounts (including Account Usage Rental). Please strictly abide by the following regulations:

1. Subscription-based Shared Accounts

Sellers are not permitted to sell the same account to more users than the official limit set by the product. For example, if a Netflix account limits members to 5, the seller can only sell the account to a maximum of 5 users.

2. Offline Game Accounts

Sellers are not permitted to sell the same account to more than 20 users. For example, if a Steam account contains multiple games, the seller may sell the account up to 20 times in total, not 20 times per game.

For newly released games*, the seller can only sell the account to a maximum of 5 users.

*New release game: This refers to the period from the game's release until it falls out of the top 10 in the platform's mostplayed ranking (Z2U will adjust this standard based on the game's popularity and notify relevant sellers accordingly).

3. Prohibited Sale of Non-Official Channel Accounts or guide users to join third-party interfaces through invitations

Z2U strictly prohibits the sale of accounts logged into through non-official channels or inviting users to join third-party tools or interfaces to obtain account access. For instance, accounts that sellers acquire through self-built APIs or similar means to provide membership features are not allowed on the platform. All accounts and products must be usable via the official channels provided by the respective services.

Please note that all shared accounts must be shared in a way that does not affect other users' access. If the shared account has tiered access, this must be clearly stated in the product description. If there are no tiered permissions, all users must be granted the same access rights. If the product does not have tiered permissions and cannot provide the same access rights to each shared user, it may not be sold as a shared account.

The Z2U Merchant Services Team will strictly monitor these behaviors. If any seller violates these rules, the following penalties (including but not limited to) may be enforced:

1. Cancellation of related orders and refund to the buyer

2. Imposition of a fine on the violating seller (the fine amount will be determined based on the income from the related violation product)

3. Revocation of selling permissions

4. In severe cases, suspension of the seller's store

To protect the interests of all users, the Z2U team will continue to monitor and enhance the management of shared account sales. We urge all sellers to comply with the platform's rules and jointly maintain a fair and secure trading environment.
